İsoment SP 2121, naftalin sülfonat kökenli bir beton kimyasal katkısı olup yüksek oranda su azaltıcı ve süper akışkanlaştırıcı özellikler taşımaktadır.

Özellikleri

• İsoment SP 2121, ihtiva ettiği kimyasal bileşenler aracılığı ile topaklaşmaya meyilli çimento tanecikleri üzerinde elektrostatik bir itki oluşturur. Böylece topaklaşmayı engeller ve çimentonun su içinde homojen dağılımını sağlar.
• İsoment SP 2121, daha düşük oranlı su ile betonda istenen kıvamın oluşmasını sağladığından sudan kaynaklı durabilite ve dayanım kaybını engeller.
• Çimento topaklaşmasını engellediğinden betonun hava içeriğini düşürür. Böylece mukavemeti artırır.
• Şahit betona nazaran kıvamını daha uzun süre koruyabilen beton elde edilmesini sağlar. Bu durum betonun işlenebilirliğini kolaylaştırır ve iş gücü anlamında avantaj sağlar.
• Korozyona yol açıcı etkenler içermez.

Uygulama Önerileri, Uyarılar ve Sorumluluk

• İsoment SP 2121 beton karışım suyuna ilave edilerek uygulanmalı, kuru karışıma ilave edilmesinden kesinlikle kaçınılmalıdır.
• Kullanım dozajı kullanılan çimento türüne göre değişkenlik gösterebilir. Bu anlamda ön denemelerin yapılması önemlidir. Genel olarak kullanılan çimentonun %0,5'i ile %1,5'i oranlarında ilavesi uygun görülür.
• Doz aşımları betonda ayrışmaya ve priz süresinde uzamaya neden olabilir. Bu tür durumlarda betonun nemli tutulması sağlanarak beton çatlaklarının oluşması önlenmelidir.
• Sıcak havalardaki dökümlerde kürleme yapılması yararlıdır.
• Yaş beton, abartılmamak şartıyla şişlenerek veya vibrasyon yöntemi ile sıkıştırılmalıdır.
• İsoment SP 2121, 30 Kg bidon, 1000 Kg IBC veya dökme olarak talep edilebilir.
• Ürünün raf ömrü üretim tarihi itibarıyla 12 aydır. Ürün, +5 ℃ ile +35 ℃ arası sıcaklıklarda doğrudan güneşe veya donmaya maruz bırakılmayacak koşullarda muhafaza edilmelidir.
• Ürünün cilde teması durumunda bol su ile yıkanmalı, göz ile teması durumunda ise bol su ile yıkandıktan sonra mutlaka doktora başvurulmalıdır. Diğer güvenlik önlemleri ile ilgili detaylar ürün ile gönderilen güvenlik yönergeleri formunda ayrıca belirtilmektedir.
• Ürünlere dönük öneri ve kullanım dozajları, MEDİ CHEM AR-GE birimince birçok farklı agrega ile yürütülen çalışma sonucu elde edilen veriler ışığında buraya yazılmıştır. Ürünlerden beklenen performansın elde edilebilmesi adına kullanıcıların AR-GE birimimiz ile ortak çalışması büyük önem arz etmektedir. Product Description

Isoment SP 2121 is a naphthalene sulphonate based chemical admixture with high water reducing and super plasticizing properties.

Usage Places

• In the production of concrete with high workability and consistency.
• Concretes produced for frequently reinforced structural elements.
• Concrete produced for floor and field.

Product Features

• Isoment SP 2121 has an electrostatic impulse on the cement particles which tend to agglomerate by means of the chemical components it contains. Thus, it prevents agglomeration and ensures homogeneous distribution of cement in water.
• Isoment SP 2121 prevents the loss of water durability and strength as it provides the desired consistency in concrete with lower rate of water.
• As it prevents the agglomeration of cement, it reduces the air content in the concrete. Thus, it increases the strength.
• It provides concrete that can maintain its consistency longer than the reference concrete. This facilitates the workability of the concrete and provides an advantage in terms of labor.
• Does not contain the factors leading to corrosion.

Application Recommendations, Warnings and Responsibility

• Isoment SP 2121 should be added to the concrete mix water and added to the dry mix should be avoided.
• Usage dosage may vary depending on the type of cement used, so it is important to make preliminary trials. In general, it is considered appropriate to add 0.5% to 1.5% of the cement used.
• Overdoses can cause decomposition of concrete and prolong set time. In such cases concrete should be kept moist and concrete cracks should be prevented.
• It is useful to cure castings in hot weather.
• Wet concrete must be compacted by rodding or vibration without exaggeration.
• Isoment SP 2121 available in 30 Kg canister, 1000 Kg IBC or bulk.
• Shelf life of the product is 12 months as of production date and the product should be stored at temperatures between +5 ℃ and +35 ℃ in conditions that will not be exposed to direct sun or frost.
• In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, wash with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Details of other safety precautions are given separately in the form of safety instructions supplied with the product.
• Recommendations and usage dosages for the products are written here in the light of the data obtained as a result of the study carried out by MEDİ CHEM R&D unit with many different aggregates. In order to achieve the expected performance of the products, it is important that users collaborate with our R&D department.
