İsoment SP 1718, naftalin sülfonat formaldehit kökenli bir beton kimyasal katkısı olup yüksek oranda su azaltıcı, süper akışkanlaştırıcı ve priz geciktirici özellikler taşımaktadır.

Özellikleri

• İsoment SP 1718, ihtiva ettiği kimyasal bileşenler aracılığı ile çimento tanecikleri üzerinde elektrostatik bir itki oluşturur. Böylece topaklaşmayı engeller ve çimentonun su içinde homojen dağılımını sağlar.
• İsoment SP 1718, daha düşük oranda su ile yüksek oranda akışkan ve priz süresi uzun beton tasarlanabilmesini sağlayan bir katkı maddesidir. Bu özelliği ile betonda istenen kıvamın oluşmasını sağladığından sudan kaynaklı durabilite ve dayanım kaybını engeller.
• Çimento topaklaşmasını engellediğinden betonun hava içeriğini düşürür, böylece mukavemeti artırır.
• Kullanıldığında şahit betona nazaran kıvamını daha uzun süre koruyabilen beton elde edilmesini sağladığından betonun taşınması, işlenebilirliği ve yüzey düzeltmeleri gibi durumlarda büyük avantaj sağlar.
• Korozyona yol açıcı etkenler içermez.

Uygulama Önerileri, Uyarılar ve Sorumluluk

• İsoment SP 1718, beton karışım suyuna ilave edilerek uygulanmalı, kuru karışıma doğrudan ilave edilmesinden kaçınılmalıdır.
• Kullanım dozajı kullanılan çimento türüne göre değişkenlik gösterebilir. Bu anlamda ön denemelerin yapılarak karışıma en uygun dozajın belirlenmesi önemlidir. Genel olarak kullanılan çimentonun %0,5'i ile %1,5'i oranlarında ilavesi uygun görülür.
• İsoment SP 1718 büyük ölçüde priz geciktirici özellik arz ettiğinden doz aşımları betonda ayrışmaya ve priz süresinde uzamaya neden olur. Bu yüzden döküm sonrası beton korunmalı ve kürüne dikkat edilmelidir.
• İsoment SP 1718, 30 kg bidon, 1000 kg IBC veya dökme olarak talep edilebilir.
• Ürünün raf ömrü üretim tarihi itibarıyla 12 aydır. Ürün, +5 ℃ ile +35 ℃ arası sıcaklıklarda doğrudan güneşe veya donmaya maruz bırakılmayacak koşullarda muhafaza edilmelidir.
• Ürünün cilde teması durumunda bol su ile yıkanmalı, göz ile teması durumunda ise bol su ile yıkandıktan sonra mutlaka doktora başvurulmalıdır. Diğer güvenlik önlemleri ile ilgili detaylar ürün ile gönderilen güvenlik yönergeleri formunda ayrıca belirtilmektedir.
• Ürünlere dönük öneri ve kullanım dozajları, MEDİ CHEM AR-GE birimince birçok farklı agrega ile yürütülen çalışma sonucu elde edilen veriler ışığında buraya yazılmıştır. Ürünlerden beklenen performansın elde edilebilmesi adına kullanıcıların AR-GE birimimiz ile ortak çalışması büyük önem arz etmektedir. Product Description

Isoment SP 1718 is a naphthalene sulphonate formaldehyde based concrete chemical admixture with high water reducing, super plasticizing and setting retardant properties.

Usage Places

• In the production of highly machinable concrete whose consistency can be maintained to transport long distances.
• In concrete production with long setting time to be produced for frequently reinforced structural elements.
• In the production of concrete to be cast in hot weather conditions.
• High strength concrete to be produced for flooring, field and frequently reinforced building elements.

Product Features

• Isoment SP 1718 has an electrostatic impulse on the cement particles which tend to agglomerate by means of the chemical components it contains. Thus, it prevents agglomeration and ensures homogeneous distribution of cement in water.
• Isoment SP 1718 is an additive that enables the design of concrete with a lower rate of water and a high rate of fluid and setting time. With this feature, it provides the desired consistency in concrete and prevents loss of durability and strength due to water.
• As it prevents the agglomeration of cement, it reduces the air content in the concrete. Thus, it increases the strength.
• When used, it provides a great advantage in cases such as transport of concrete, machinability and surface smoothing, since it provides concrete that can maintain its consistency for a longer time than reference concrete.
• Does not contain the factors leading to corrosion.

Application Recommendations, Warnings and Responsibility

• Isoment SP 1718 should be added to the concrete mix water and added to the dry mix should be avoided.
• Usage dosage may vary depending on the type of cement used, so it is important to make preliminary trials. In general, it is considered appropriate to add 0.5% to 1.5% of the cement used.
• Because Isoment SP 1718 is largely set retardant, overdoses cause decomposition in concrete and prolongation of setting time. Therefore, concrete must be protected and cured after casting.
• Isoment SP 1718 available in 30 kg canister, 1000 kg IBC or bulk.
• Shelf life of the product is 12 months as of production date and the product should be stored at temperatures between +5 ℃ and +35 ℃ in conditions that will not be exposed to direct sun or frost.
• In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, wash with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Details of other safety precautions are given separately in the form of safety instructions supplied with the product.
• Recommendations and usage dosages for the products are written here in the light of the data obtained as a result of the study carried out by MEDİ CHEM R&D unit with many different aggregates.
