İsoment HP 8085, polikarboksilat kökenli bir beton kimyasal katkısı olup, kimyasal yapısı gereği sınırsız modifikasyon özelliği taşır. Yüksek oranda su azaltıcı ve süper akışkanlaştırıcı özellikleri bulunan İsoment HP 8085, hazır beton üretiminde kendiliğinden yerleşebilirliği uzun süre koruma ihtiyacına cevap verebilmektedir.

Özellikleri

• İsoment HP 8085, kimyasal bileşimindeki polioksietilen yan zincirlerin varlığı nedeni ile çimento tanecikleri üzerindeki elektrostatik itkiye ek olarak sterik bir itki oluşturur. Bu durum çimentonun su içindeki homojen dağılım oranını artırırken betonun hava içeriğini düşürerek yüksek mukavemetli beton elde edilmesini sağlar.
• Şahit betonun sağladığı dayanım ve işlenebilirlik, İsoment HP 8085 katkılı betonlarda daha düşük çimento oranı ile sağlanabildiğinden hazır beton üreticileri için çimento tasarrufu sağlamaktadır.
• İsoment HP 8085, daha düşük oranda su ile yüksek oranda akışkan beton üretilebilmesini sağlar. Bu özelliği ile betonda istenen kıvamın oluşmasını sağladığından sudan kaynaklı durabilite ve dayanım kaybını engeller.
• Kullanıldığında şahit betona nazaran kıvamını daha uzun süre koruyabilen beton elde edilmesini sağladığından betonun taşınması ve işlenebilirliği gibi durumlarda büyük avantaj sağlar.
• Vibrasyona gerek duymadan kendi ağırlığı ile yerleşir.

Uygulama Önerileri, Uyarılar ve Sorumluluk

• İsoment HP 8085, beton karışım suyuna ilave edilerek uygulanmalı, kuru karışıma doğrudan ilave edilmesinden kaçınılmalıdır.
• Kullanım dozajı kullanılan çimento türüne göre değişkenlik gösterebilir. Bu anlamda ön denemelerin yapılarak AR-GE birimimizin önerileri doğrultusunda karışıma en uygun dozajın belirlenmesi önemlidir. Dozaj aşımı katkı içeriğinin sterik itkisini artıracağından betonda ayrışma ve priz süresinde artışa yol açabilir. Genel olarak kullanılan çimentonun %0,8 ile %1,5'i oranlarında ilavesi uygun görülür.
• İsoment HP 8085, 30 kg bidon, 1000 kg IBC veya dökme olarak talep edilebilir.
• Ürünün raf ömrü üretim tarihi itibarıyla 12 aydır. Ürün, +5 ℃ ile +35 ℃ arası sıcaklıklarda doğrudan güneşe veya donmaya maruz bırakılmayacak koşullarda muhafaza edilmelidir.
• Ürünün cilde teması durumunda bol su ile yıkanmalı, göz ile teması durumunda ise bol su ile yıkandıktan sonra mutlaka doktora başvurulmalıdır. Diğer güvenlik önlemleri ile ilgili detaylar ürün ile gönderilen güvenlik yönergeleri formunda ayrıca belirtilmektedir.
• Ürünlere dönük öneri ve dozaj, MEDİ CHEM AR-GE birimince birçok farklı agrega ile yürütülen çalışma sonucu elde edilen veriler ışığında buraya yazılmıştır. Ürünlerden beklenen performansın elde edilebilmesi adına kullanıcıların AR-GE birimimiz ile ortak çalışması büyük önem arz etmektedir. Product Description

Isoment HP 8085 is a polycarboxylate based concrete admixture with unlimited chemical modification. Isoment HP 8085, which has high water reducing and super plasticizing properties, can meet the need for long-term protection of self-settability in ready-mixed concrete production.

• In the production of high workability concrete which requires consistency protection.
• For concrete production required for frequently reinforced structural elements.
• For high strength concrete to be produced for floor, field and industrial floor reinforced concrete.

Product Features

• Because of the presence of polyoxyethylene side chains in the chemical composition of Isoment HP 8085, it forms a steric impulse in addition to the electrostatic impulse on the cement particles. This increases the homogeneous distribution rate of the cement in the water while decreasing the air content of the concrete, thus providing high strength concrete.
• As the strength and workability of the reference concrete can be achieved with a lower cement ratio in Isoment HP 8085 admixtured concrete, it provides cement saving for ready-mixed concrete manufacturers.
• Isoment HP 8085 enables the production of highly fluid concrete with lower water content. With this feature, it provides the desired consistency in concrete and prevents loss of durability and strength due to water.
• When used, it provides a great advantage in cases such as transport and machinability of concrete since it provides concrete that can maintain its consistency longer than reference concrete.
• It settles with its own weight without the need for vibration.
• It provides maximum occupancy in tight and narrow sections. Reduces the amount of bonded cavity to form a more durable structure.
• Provides a smoother surface and burnishability becomes easier.
• Provides fast and mass production.
• Reduces the need for qualified personnel.
• Does not contain the factors leading to corrosion.

Application Recommendations, Warnings and Responsibility

• Isoment HP 8085 should be added to the concrete mix water and added to the dry mix should be avoided.
• Usage dosage may vary according to the type of cement used. In this sense, it is important to determine the most suitable dosage for the mixture in accordance with the suggestions of our R&D unit by making preliminary trials. Overdosing may increase the steric repulsion of the additive content and may lead to an increase in the decomposition and setting time in the concrete. In general, it is considered appropriate to add 0.8% to 1.5% of the cement used.
• Isoment HP 8085 is available in 30 kg canisters, 1000 kg IBC or bulk.
• Shelf life of the product is 12 months as of the production date and the product should be stored at temperatures between +5 ℃ and +35 ℃ in conditions that will not be exposed to direct sun or frost.
• In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, wash with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Details of other safety precautions are given separately in the safety instruction form supplied with the product.
• Recommendations and usage dosages for the products are written here in the light of the data obtained as a result of the studies carried out by the MEDİ CHEM R&D unit with many different aggregates.
